NewFire is a don't miss

Driving into the beautiful Ortinola estate, nestled in the Marcas Valley is like going into a different world. For three days, attendees of the New Fire Festival definitely had the chance to be part of a different very cool festival experience.

With a line up of some of Trinidad's best and up and coming music acts; enlightening workshops that ranged from self-development to environmental awareness; to a market place with a wide range of locally made quality products - New Fire Festival had something for everyone.

​For some the option to camp out in nature, in a safe, chill and friendly environment while taking some great music was the draw. While others it was an opportunity to explore the various self-development, creative and eco-friendly workshops from yoga, composting, to female empowerment, dance and capoeira to name a very small few.

Most Trini's are stuck in a routine of doing the same thing every weekend, for those interested in trying something new, somewhere different - New Fire Festival offered that and more.
