We are not responsible for the fulfillment of any deals advertised on this site, and your only recourse is with the merchant who offered the deal.  However, we would like to know if you have problems fulfilling the deal.  Send an  email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and carefully describe the problem you experienced.  If we get many such email complaints we may stop the retailer from advertising on our site.

For site members, once you click "Get Coupon" the coupon code will be available in two places:

1. In the email you used to sign up with (check your spam).
2. In the drop-down menu where you logged in called "My coupons".
3. As a print out if you chose to do so.
4. As a screenshot if you took one.

For guests, we don't have any way to recover or store the code for you, but you can do the following:

1. Print the coupon.
2. Take a screenshot of the coupon.
3. Write the code down somewhere

You'll have to remember what you did with the code, or you can register on the site (it's free) and we'll keep a copy of all your coupon codes for you.

It doesn't matter how you present the code in-store when you go to redeem the deal.  The retailer only cares that the code you present is accurate so you should be able to present it in any of the following ways:

1. As a printout of the email you received (site members only)
2. Showing the retailer a screenshot of the coupon.
3. Showing the retailer the email on your mobile phone.
4. Showing the retailer the code from your open account on the website
5. A handwritten piece of paper.
