Bridgeman's Building Care

Bridgeman’s Building Care was established in April 2016, after owner Kifano Bridgeman identified an opportunity to improve the pedigree and professionalism in the cleaning industry to Trinidad and Tobago.

Bridgeman’s Building Care provides cleaning services to both the commercial and residential sectors. Our services include residential housekeeping, commercial janitorial cleaning, carpet cleaning, pressure washing and hard and soft floor care maintenance.

As a young and fast growing professional company Bridgeman’s Building Care provides a new approach to the cleaning industry, where we emphasize not only on the cleaning and service aspect but also on providing our clients with unique exclusive benefits,some of these benefits includes:

Bridgeman’s Building Care Customer Loyalty Program- Where our customers earn points on services they use from BBC. These points can later be used for free services or as partial payment on a service.

Home Hotel Brand Standards Program- Bridgeman’s Building Care sets all our cleaning standards to those of a hotel, these include the way we make our beds, prep the pillows, the attention to detail of the towels etc. This program now allows our client with the assistance of a manager set the standards, of how the client’s would like their home to look and feel.

Customer Commission Program- This allows our clients to refer other clients and potentially attain 3% off their monthly contract for as long as their referral has a contract with BBC. This commission may not exceed 6%.
