Intentional Living - Mastermind Mondays

In Mastermind Mondays, the environment will be a safe one where participants listen to each other so that learns and insights can be shared respectfully in a non judgmental way. Participants will learn rather than be taught and this will stimulate growth, transformation and success from the inside-out. The Mastermind will be facilitated by a Professional Coach and Speaker which therefore enhances the opportunities for personal and business improvement.
What distinguishes a Mastermind Group (MMG) from a workshop or seminar is that it is a Process not an Event. The only change that is lasting is change from the Inside out, change that results in new behaviours and habits. This type of change occurs with increased conscious awareness and spaced repetition of new behaviours. A MMG readily facilitates this as the learning occurs over a period of weeks.

The participants will study books written by John Maxwell, and their study is supported by worksheets, my teaching and in some instances, video material. Each meeting will be fun and informative yet will stay focused and on task with the material and flow of the meeting to make best use of the allotted time.

Participants also have the opportunity to practice the new learning in the workplace and report on their progress. This naturally results in individual accountability and growth in the organization. Participants also come to their own understanding of the material rather than having it imposed on them. Mastermind groups successfully develop into productive, goal-oriented teams that naturally lend themselves to group coaching.
