Everything North American Standard except queuing system

What was good?
As my title suggests Movie Towne has replicated the North American movie going experience. The screens, sound systems, seating, general ambience etc. Very, very well done. It's a great movie going escape experience.
What could be improved?
My only peeve about Movie Towne is there system for having us queue. One long line for a single phase operation (like buying tickets or serving fast food) is best served by one long line vs. several parallel lines for each server. The customer experience is better (you don't have the experience that you chose the slow line) and there is no urge to 'jockey' (switch lines) to get faster service. The average waiting time per customer goes down when everyone queues in one line.

North American banks, drug stores and movie theatres have been doing this for a decade or more because it does provide for a better customer experience.

They have emulated everything else, why not this simple thing? I'd give Movie Town five stars were it not for their queuing system. And it's so easy to fix. Why not implement it guys?
