I begin this with a disclaimer: I have not yet explored any latent musical ability I may have or any deep understanding of classical music. I have, to all intents and purpose, no musical knowledge or competence. However, I know what I like and the few performances that I have attended at APA I have appreciated. I always find the, usually, 2 ½ hour ferry ride from Trinidad to Tobago provides a physical opportunity to step down a gear and unwind from the frenetic Port of Spain pace in preparation for tranquil Tobago. Peche Patisserie     “Come, Now!”   The small and intimate Peche Patisserie is so busy on a Saturday and Sunday, now that word has got out, that it is necessary to book in order to guarantee a seat. Being one of the breakfasting patrons when it first opened I feel a bit peeved about this and go there less.
